When you use TeenHire, we automatically collect:

We do NOT collect:

Age Requirements and Parental Involvement

Age Verification

TeenHire is intended for users aged 14-18. We implement age verification during registration:

Users must enter their date of birth
Users under 14 are not permitted to create accounts
Job listings are filtered based on user age and applicable labor laws

Parental Acknowledgment (Users Under 16)

For users under 16 years of age, TeenHire requires parental or guardian acknowledgment before the account becomes fully active.

Parents or guardians of users under 16 may:

Request access to their child's account information
Request deletion of their child's account and data
Opt their child out of promotional communications

Information Sharing

We Share Information With:

Employers — When you apply for a job, employers can see your name, contact information, resume, and work availability.

Service Providers — We work with trusted companies that help us operate our platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing for employers).

We Do NOT:

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional privacy rights including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Users 13-15: We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your explicit opt-in consent.

Users under 18: You have the right to request removal of content you posted on our platform.
